WHAT IS TEAM SUPREME?

Team Supreme is a cartoon created by Character Designer, and Animator, Joshua Leonard. It features kids who have a disability, but they are also gifted with amazing superpowers! The show is currently being developed by HILLMAN GRAD PRODUCTIONS, which features Lena Waithe (CEO), and Rishi Rajani (President), along side with Veteran Actor and Producer, Jason Weaver (The Lion King, The Jackson 5 Story, & The Chi).

Over 60 million Americans, (or 1 in 4 people in the US) are disabled. The disabled community is the largest minority in the US, yet disabled people are almost invisible on TV, and all media, making up less than 1% of scripted characters.

EMPOWERMENT

Team Supreme hopes to normalize being different by showing the most diverse, inclusive characters, and telling compelling stories ever seen on television, especially in animation! Joshua plans to show the world just how amazing we truly are. Team Supreme is a Universe. Team Supreme is real life.
